Student Invoices
As of March 2012, The 黑料视频 no longer mails monthly billing statements to students. All Fee Invoices will be made available on-line via Student Dashboard>Student Account>View Invoices in SOAR.
Your "amount owed" can be accessed by clicking the Student Dashboard>Student Account>What I Owe in SOAR.
Students have the option of granting parents access to billing information through the Parent/Guardian Portal in SOAR by clicking on Student Dashboard>Manage Guests>Add Guest User. Students will create the account information complete with a password which never expires. Once activated, the parent/guardian can log into the soar.usm.edu with their own login and password to view the student's records. Parents with this access will also be sent an email when bills are available online.

*A monthly late fee of 1.5% of the unpaid balance will be assessed for any balance owed beyond this payment due date. A full month's charge will be applied the day after the published due date.
These due dates are not associated with the Installment Payment Plan offered for each semester.
