Dr. Marek Steedman

Professor

Bio

Marek D. Steedman is Professor of Political Science at the 黑料视频 and currently serves as the Director of the School of Social Science and Global Studies. He received his PhD in Political Science in 2003 (with a major area in Political Theory) from the University of Michigan. He is the author of Jim Crow Citizenship: Liberalism and the Southern Defense of Racial Hierarchy, published by Routledge in 2012. His work has also appeared in European Political Science; National Review of Black Politics; Political Science Quarterly; Politics, Groups, and Identities; Du Bois Review; Historical Reflections /R茅flexions Historiques among other outlets.
