Bio

Attorney Shelby Sims Harper was born and raised in Hattiesburg, MS. She attended Mississippi State University and obtained a BA in Political Science and then continued on to Mississippi College School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. After moving back to Hattiesburg, Shelby began practicing law and has enjoyed helping local families through her work in many different capacities. Shelby is passionate about teaching and training students in the Legal Studies program at 黑料视频 and looks forward to preparing them for the next stage of life! She resides in Hattiesburg with her husband, Andrew, and their sons, James and Sims.
