AI-powered Decision Making for Business and Society

AI-powered Decision Making for Business and SocietyThis workshop explores how artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) can transform business decision-making to create meaningful societal impact beyond profit maximization. Students will gain hands-on experience with Generative AI and a cool, intuitive drag-and-drop platform that enables rapid training and comparison of multiple ML models to solve business problems. Students will learn how AI and ML can be applied to Mississippi-focused challenges, such as improving healthcare access disparities in rural areas through telemedicine, promoting sustainable timber operations, and enhancing hurricane preparedness and disaster response planning.
